As contradictory as those two statements may appear, Trump may have twisted the #NeverTrump cucks into this gloriously untenable position. By having Romney come bowing and scraping, he has denied the #NeverTrump the remaining front-man of any sign that he opposed Trump on true principal. This group is done.
And if he forgets, he'll be gone next time around too. He's got two years to rehabilitate, and that clock is ticking.
Things are looking good. By the time January 20th rolls around, internal opposition will be utterly crushed, we will have moral authority to do a complete audit of the voting system, courtesy of libtards screaming about Michigan and Wisconsin, and we will be able to roll through the nomination process of cabinet members and a SCOTUS justice without a peep about muh sacred filibuster.
We're winning. And we're nowhere close to being tired of it.
And if we're in a position to start the first inning with a declaration that not only are we deporting all illegal criminals already noted on the books, but we're going to do a precinct-by-precinct audit and deport w/o possibility of return any illegal who voted, then that would just make my Christmas.
